Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before the 48-hour window. No refund will be provided for cancellations within the 48-hour period. Rescheduling Policy You have the flexibility to reschedule your booking up until 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Rescheduling within the last 24 hours may be subject to availability and additional charges. Booking Window Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Refund Process Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method. No-Show Policy If you do not cancel or reschedule and fail to show up for the service, no refund will be issued. Exceptions Exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
