Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled service date. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before the 72-hour window. Rescheduling within the last 48 hours may be subject to availability and additional charges. Booking Window Bookings can be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled service time. Refund Process Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method.
